Mary Wilson, George Harbaugh's mother, and Annie Watters used to work at a sewing factory in Baltimore about 1914-1915. The factory was making uniforms for soldiers in Baltimore. George used to travel with his mother on the train from Philadelphia to Baltimore. Mary stayed in Baltimore during the week.
George met Hazel McJlton during the time he was waiting for his mom to get off work on Fri for the trip back home. They used to talk and then he started coming to Baltimore on the train to see her on the weekends.
